Ligue 2 (Week 5) : Tours beats Ajaccio 2-1
FRANCE, Aug. 28, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 5: Two wins in a row for Tours. After their 3-1 win against Auxerre on August 21, TFC continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 2-1 victory over Ajaccio this Friday.
Christian Kouakou scored dual goals
Ajaccio had started off well by taking the lead in the 39th minute with a goal by forward Toudic Julien. Trailing 1-0 at half time, TFC nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Kouakou '81, '87).
Tours FC climbed to fifth place with 9 points from 5 games, only one point behind Stade Laval.
