FRANCE, Aug. 28, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 5: Three wins in a row for Laval. After their success against Auxerre and Red Star, the Tangos continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 1-0 victory over Niort this Friday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Laval forward Rachid Alioui in the 52nd minute.
Stade Laval climbed to fourth place with 10 points from 5 games, tie on points with Metz, which has a game in hand.
