Ligue 2 (Week 6) : Dijon beats Valenciennes 3-1
FRANCE, Sep. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 6: Three wins in a row for Dijon. After their success against Lens and Creteil, Dijon continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 3-1 victory over Valenciennes this Saturday.
Dijon dominated the first half thanks to goals from Abdelhamid ('22 own) and Tavares ('35 on penalty). Leading 2-0 at the break, Dijon players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Jullien in the 58th minute.
Dijon FCO climbed to second place with 13 points from 6 games, 3 points behind Metz.
