Ligue 2 (Week 21) : Nimes defeats Clermont 6-2
FRANCE, Jan. 15, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 21: After three straigth victories against Laval, Brest and Evian, Clermont lost 6-2 against Nimes.
Steve Mounié scored tripple goals
Clermont opened the score in the score in the 5th minute thanks to Famara Diedhiou, before Nimes regained the advantage with Koura ('7), Mounié ('16) and Briancon Anthony ('42). Leading 3-2 at the break, the Crocodiles further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Ripart Renaud '61 and Mounié '69, '82).
Clermont Foot are down in fourth place with 34 points from 21 games, one point behind Le Havre AC.
