Ligue 2 (Week 22) : Ajaccio defeats Brest 2-1
FRANCE, Jan. 25, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 22: Two wins in a row for Ajaccio. After their 0-2 win against Evian on January 15, Ajaccio continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 2-1 victory over Brest this Monday.
Brest forward Kévin Koubemba opened the score in the 23rd minute, before seeing Ajaccio catch up in the 36th minute thanks to Riad Nouri. 1-1 at half time. Ajaccio eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Marchetti Vincent in the 75th minute.
Stade Brest remains in 12nd place with 27 points from 22 games, one point behind Stade Laval.
