FRANCE, Apr. 15, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 34: After a 1-2 victory over Ajaccio on April 8, L'Étoile rouge lost 2-0 against Niort.
Niort dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Cameroonian forward Ande Dona Ndoh in the 16th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, “Les Chamois” further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Selemani Faiz with just 2 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Red Star FC are down in 6th place with 55 points from 34 games, tie on points with Lens.
