Ligue 2 (Week 37) : Le Havre beats Auxerre 3-1
FRANCE, May. 6, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 37: Two wins in a row for Le Havre. After their 3-1 win against Nimes on April 29, HAC continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 3-1 victory over Auxerre this Friday.
Joseph Mendes scored dual goals
Auxerre defender Sébastien Puygrenier opened the score in the 26th minute, before seeing Le Havre catch up in the 36th minute thanks to Joseph Mendes. 1-1 at half time. HAC eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Mendes ('49) and Mousset Lys ('90).
Le Havre AC remains in fourth place with 62 points from 37 games, 3 points behind Metz.
