FRANCE, Nov. 25, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 16: After their 3-3 draw against Bourg-Peronnas on November 18, the Athenians bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Orleans this Friday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Enza Yamissi Eloge ('78) and Seidou Edson ('90 own).
Valenciennes FC climbed to 11st place with 21 points from 16 games, only one point behind Nimes Olympique.
