Ligue 2 (Week 32) : Lens defeats Ajaccio 6-3
FRANCE, Apr. 10, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 32: After losing 0-2 to Brest on April 1, Lens returned to winning ways with a 6-3 victory over Ajaccio this Monday.
Habib Habibou and Ephestion Thomas scored dual goals
Lens dominated the first half thanks to goals from Habibou ('7), Ephestion Thomas ('24, '45), Fortune Kevin ('35 on penalty) and Gérard ('39). Leading 5-3 at the break, Lens players further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Habibou on penalty in the 73rd minute.
Lens climbed to second place with 55 points from 32 games, only one point behind Stade Brest.
