Ligue 2 : Nimes finish 6th after beating Laval
FRANCE, May. 19, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 38: Three wins in a row for Nimes. After their success against Brest and Ajaccio, the Crocodiles continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 2-1 victory over Laval this Friday.
Laval had started off well by taking the lead in the 28th minute with a goal by Wissa Yoane. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Crocodiles nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Thioub '57 and Savanier '88 on penalty).
