FRANCE, Aug. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 2: After their 0-0 draw against Niort on July 28, Ajaccio bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Brest this Friday.
Ajaccio dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Yann Boé-Kane in the 11th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Ajaccio players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Wissa Yoane on penalty in the 52nd minute.
AC Ajaccio climbed to fourth place with 4 points from 2 games, tie on points with Clermont Foot.
