FRANCE, Aug. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 2: After losing 0-1 to Reims on July 28, the Crocodiles returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Lens this Friday.
Lens had started off well by taking the lead in the 6th minute with a goal by Fortune Kevin. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Crocodiles nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Ripart Renaud '88 and Savanier '90).
Nimes Olympique climbed to 10th place with 3 points from 2 games, tie on points with LB Chateauroux.
