FRANCE, Sep. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 10: Three wins in a row for Auxerre. After their success against Lorient and Valenciennes, AJA continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 2-0 victory over Sochaux this Friday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Adeoti ('68) and Philippoteaux ('87).
AJ Auxerre climbed to 13rd place with 13 points from 10 games, tie on points with AS Nancy-Lorraine.
