FRANCE, Sep. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 10: After losing 1-0 to Clermont on September 25, Lens returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over GFC Ajaccio this Friday.
Lens dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Lopez Cristian in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Lens players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Markovic Filip in stoppage time.
Gazelec Ajaccio are down in 16th place with 12 points from 10 games, tie on points with LB Chateauroux.
