Ligue 2 (Week 16) : Auxerre hold Nancy to 1-1
FRANCE, Nov. 24, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 16: The match between Auxerre and Nancy ended in a 1-1 draw on Friday.
Auxerre players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Aye Florian in the 42nd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Nancy with a saving goal from Dembele Malaly in the 90th minute.
AJ Auxerre remains in 15th place with 19 points from 16 games, tie on points with US Orleans.
