Ligue 2 (Week 17) : Reims beats Auxerre 2-0
FRANCE, Nov. 27, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 17: Two wins in a row for Reims. After their 0-1 win against Ajaccio on November 24, Reims continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 2-0 victory over Auxerre this Monday.
Reims dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Marvin Martin in the 22nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Reims players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Kyei Grejohn in the 70th minute.
Reims remains in first place with 38 points from 17 games, a 7-point lead over runner-up Nimes Olympique, which has a game in hand.
