MLS : Vancouver and Houston play out 1-1 draw
CANADA, May. 28, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: Vancouver Whitecaps was held to a 1-1 draw by Houston Dynamo on Saturday.
Houston Dynamo players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Beasley Damarcus in the 20th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Vancouver Whitecaps with a saving goal from Rivero Octavio in the 52nd minute.
Vancouver Whitecaps FC climbed to third place with 21 points from 15 games, 6 points behind FC Dallas.
