MLS : Revolution beats Vancouver 2-1
CANADA, Jun. 18, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: Two wins in a row for New England. After their 2-1 win against Seattle Sounders FC on May 28, the Revs continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 2-1 victory over Vancouver Whitecaps this Saturday.
Woodberry London opened the score in the 31st minute, before seeing Vancouver Whitecaps catch up in the 41st minute thanks to Mezquida Nicolas. 1-1 at half time. The Revs eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Rowe Kelyn in the 55th minute.
Vancouver Whitecaps FC are down in 7th place with 21 points from 16 games, tie on points with San Jose Earthquakes, which has a game in hand.
