UNITED STATES, Sep. 18, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: LA Galaxy was held to a 2-2 draw by Sporting Kansas City on Sunday.
LA Galaxy players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Gordon Alan in the 7th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Donovan Landon goal ('76) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Sporting Kansas City with goals by Peterson Jacob ('50) and Dwyer Dominic ('69).
Los Angeles Galaxy remains in second place with 48 points from 30 games, 4 points behind FC Dallas.
