ENGLAND, Dec. 13, 2014 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 16: After losing 2-1 to Newcastle on December 6, the Blues bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Hull this Saturday.
Chelsea dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Belgian midfielder Eden Hazard in the 7th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Blues further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Costa in the 68th minute.
Chelsea remains in first place with 39 points from 16 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Manchester City FC.
