Premier League (Week 16) : Everton defeats QPR 3-1
ENGLAND, Dec. 15, 2014 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 16: After losing 1-0 to Manchester City on December 6, the Toffees returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over QPR this Monday.
Everton dominated the first half thanks to goals from Barkley ('33) and Mirallas ('43). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Toffees further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Naismith in the 53rd minute.
Everton climbed to 10th place with 21 points from 16 games, only one point behind Swansea City.
