ENGLAND, Oct. 18, 2014 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 8: After losing 2-1 to Manchester United on October 5, the Toffees bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Aston Villa this Saturday.
Everton dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender Phil Jagielka in the 18th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Toffees further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Lukaku '48 and Coleman '76).
Aston Villa are down in 11st place with 10 points from 8 games, tie on points with Liverpool, which has a game in hand.
