ENGLAND, Oct. 27, 2014 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 9: After three straigth defeats, QPR returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa this Monday.
Charlie Austin scored dual goals
QPR dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Charlie Austin in the 17th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, QPR players further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Austin in the 69th minute.
Aston Villa are down in 15th place with 10 points from 9 games, tie on points with Newcastle United.
