Premier League (Week 10) : Tottenham beats Aston Villa 2-1
ENGLAND, Nov. 2, 2014 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 10: After losing 4-1 to Manchester City on October 26 and 1-2 to Newcastle on October 26, the Spurs bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Aston Villa this Sunday.
Aston Villa had started off well by taking the lead in the 16th minute with a goal by Austrian forward Andreas Weimann. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Spurs nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Chadli '84 and Kane '90).
Tottenham Hotspur climbed to 8th place with 14 points from 10 games, tie on points with Liverpool.
