ENGLAND, Oct. 18, 2014 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 8: Two wins in a row for West Ham. After their 2-0 win against QPR on October 5, the Hammers continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 3-1 victory over Burnley this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Sakho ('49), Valencia ('54) and Cole ('70).
West Ham United climbed to fourth place with 13 points from 8 games, 3 points behind Southampton.
