Premier League (Week 18) : Hull beats Sunderland 3-1
ENGLAND, Dec. 26, 2014 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 18: After losing 2-0 to Chelsea on December 20 and 0-1 to Swansea on December 20, Hull returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Sunderland this Friday.
Sunderland midfielder Adam Johnson opened the score in the 1st minute, before seeing Hull catch up in the 32nd minute thanks to Gastón Ramírez. 1-1 at half time. Hull eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Chester ('51) and Jelavić ('90).
Sunderland remains in 14th place with 19 points from 18 games, one point behind Aston Villa.
