ENGLAND, Jan. 1, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 20: After a 1-1 draw with Southampton on December 28, the Blues lost 5-3 against Tottenham.
Chelsea opened the score in the score in the 18th minute thanks to Costa, before Tottenham regained the advantage with Kane ('30), Rose ('44) and Townsend ('45 on penalty). Leading 3-1 at the break, the Spurs further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Kane '52 and Chadli '78).
Chelsea remains in first place with 46 points from 20 games, a 9-point lead over runner-up Manchester United FC.
