ENGLAND, Feb. 7, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 24: After losing 0-1 to Swansea on February 1, the Saints bounced back with a 1-0 victory over QPR this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Senegalese midfielder Mane in stoppage time.
Southampton climbed to third place with 45 points from 24 games, 4 points behind Manchester City FC.
