ENGLAND, Mar. 1, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 27: After two straigth victories against Stoke City and Newcastle, the Citizens lost 2-1 against Liverpool.

Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson opened the score in the 11th minute, before seeing Manchester City catch up in the 25th minute thanks to Edin Džeko. 1-1 at half time. The Reds eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Coutinho in the 75th minute.

Manchester City FC remains in second place with 55 points from 27 games, 5 points behind Chelsea, which has a game in hand.
