ENGLAND, Mar. 21, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 30: After three straigth defeats, the Hammers returned to winning ways with a 1-0 victory over Sunderland this Saturday.
Sunderland made West Ham doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Senegalese forward Diafra Sakho with just 2 minutes remaining in regulation time.
West Ham United climbed to 9th place with 42 points from 30 games, only one point behind Swansea City.
