Premier League (Week 32) : Liverpool beats Newcastle 2-0
ENGLAND, Apr. 13, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 32: After losing 1-2 to Manchester United on April 4 and 4-1 to Arsenal on April 4, the Reds bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Newcastle this Monday.
Liverpool dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Raheem Sterling in the 9th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Reds further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Allen in the 70th minute.
Liverpool remains in fifth place with 57 points from 32 games, 4 points behind Manchester City FC.
