Premier League (Week 34) : Swansea beats Newcastle 3-2
ENGLAND, Apr. 25, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 34: After losing 2-0 to Leicester on April 18, Swansea returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Newcastle this Saturday.
Newcastle forward Ayoze Pérez opened the score in the 20th minute, before seeing Swansea catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Nélson Oliveira. 1-1 at half time. Swansea eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Sigurðsson ('49) and Cork ('71).
Swansea City remains in 8th place with 50 points from 34 games, 7 points behind Southampton.
