ENGLAND, Oct. 3, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 8: After losing 1-2 to West Ham on September 26 and 4-1 to Tottenham on September 26, the Citizens bounced back with a 6-1 victory over Newcastle this Saturday.

Sergio Agüero served up another goal feast

Mitrovic Aleksandar opened the score in the 18th minute, before seeing Manchester City catch up in the 42nd minute thanks to Sergio Agüero. 1-1 at half time. The Citizens eventually won the game in the second period with five more goals by Agüero ('49, '50, '60, '62) and De Bruyne Kevin ('53).

Manchester City FC climbed to first place with 18 points from 8 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up Manchester United FC, which has a game in hand.
