Premier League (Week 16) : Leicester beats Chelsea 2-1
ENGLAND, Dec. 14, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 16: Two wins in a row for Leicester. After their 0-3 win against Swansea on December 5, Leicester continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory over Chelsea this Monday.
Leicester dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Jamie Vardy in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Leicester players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Mahrez in the 48th minute.
Leicester City remains in first place with 35 points from 16 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up Arsenal.
