Premier League (Week 16) : Man City beats Swansea 2-1
ENGLAND, Dec. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 16: After losing 2-0 to Stoke City on December 5, the Citizens returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Swansea this Saturday.
Manchester City dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Ivorian forward Wilfried Bony in the 26th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Citizens further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Iheanacho Kelechi in stoppage time.
Manchester City FC climbed to first place with 32 points from 16 games, tie on points with runner-up Leicester City, which has a game in hand.
