Premier League (Week 1) : Southampton draw 1-1 with Watford
ENGLAND, Aug. 13, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League: Southampton and Watford opened the 2016-2017 season with an entertaining 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Watford players started off well by taking the lead thanks to French midfielder Etienne Capoue in the 9th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Southampton with a saving goal from Southampton midfielder Nathan Redmond in the 58th minute.
