Premier League (Week 9) : Arsenal beats Everton 5-2
ENGLAND, Oct. 22, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 9: After losing 2-1 to Watford on October 14, the Gunners returned to winning ways with a 5-2 victory over Everton this Sunday.
Everton forward Wayne Rooney opened the score in the 12th minute, before seeing Arsenal catch up in the 40th minute thanks to Nacho Monreal. 1-1 at half time. The Gunners eventually won the game in the second period with four more goals by Özil ('53), Lacazette ('74), Ramsey ('90) and Sánchez ('90).
Arsenal climbed to fifth place with 16 points from 9 games, tie on points with Chelsea.
