Primeira Liga (Week 13) : Paços de Ferreira defeats Arouca 2-1
PORTUGAL, Dec. 13, 2014 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 13: After losing 2-0 to Moreirense on December 7, the Beavers bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Arouca this Saturday.
Arouca had started off well by taking the lead in the 42nd minute with a goal by midfielder Pintassilgo. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Beavers nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Urreta '60 on penalty and Cicero '90).
FC Paços de Ferreira climbed to 6th place with 22 points from 13 games, tie on points with SG Braga, which has a game in hand.
