PORTUGAL, Mar. 1, 2015 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 23: The match between Académica Coimbra and Arouca ended in a 1-1 draw on Sunday.
Académica Coimbra players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Académica Coimbra forward Marinho in the 9th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Arouca with a saving goal from Arouca midfielder Simao on penalty in the 71st minute.
Arouquenses remains in 14th place with 20 points from 23 games, 2 points behind Boavista FC.
