PORTUGAL, Apr. 26, 2015 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 30: After their 1-1 draw against Maritimo on April 20, the Alvinegros bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Penafiel this Sunday.
Nacional dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Mozambican defender Zainadine Júnior in the 17th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Alvinegros further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Soares seconds before the end of regulation.
CD Nacional climbed to 8th place with 40 points from 30 games, 2 points behind FC Paços de Ferreira.
