PORTUGAL, May. 1, 2015 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 31: After their 1-1 draw against Rio Ave on April 25, the Vimaranenses returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Estoril this Friday.
Valente scored dual goals
Vitoria Guimaraes dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Valente in the 15th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Vimaranenses further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Valente with just 8 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Vitoria SC remains in fifth place with 50 points from 31 games, 4 points behind SG Braga, which has a game in hand.
