PORTUGAL, Dec. 6, 2015 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 12: After losing 0-4 to Porto on December 2, the Unionistas returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Tondela this Sunday.
União da Madeira dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Dias Danilo in the 43rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Unionistas further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Cadiz Jhonder in the 67th minute.
União da Madeira climbed to 14th place with 10 points from 11 games, 3 points behind CF Os Belenenses.
