PORTUGAL, Dec. 5, 2015 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 12: 6 wins in a row for Sporting Lisbon. After their success against Vitoria Guimaraes, Benfica, Estoril, Arouca and Belenenses, the Sportinguistas continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 1-0 victory over Maritimo this Saturday.
Maritimo made Sporting Lisbon doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Sporting Lisbon midfielder Silva Adrien in the 54th minute.
Sporting Clube de Portugal remains in first place with 32 points from 12 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up FC Porto.
