Primeira Liga (Week 20) : Guimaraes defeats União 3-1
PORTUGAL, Jan. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 20: After their 3-3 draw against Belenenses on January 24, the Vimaranenses returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over União da Madeira this Friday.
Dias Danilo opened the score in the 12th minute, before seeing Vitoria Guimaraes catch up in the 13th minute thanks to Lica. 1-1 at half time. The Vimaranenses eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Henrique Dourado ('61) and Otavio Monteiro ('72).
Vitoria SC climbed to fifth place with 30 points from 20 games, 5 points behind SG Braga, which has a game in hand.
