PORTUGAL, Jan. 31, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 20: After losing 1-2 to Belenenses on January 24 and 5-1 to Braga on January 24, Rio Grande bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Vitoria Setubal this Sunday.
Rio Ave dominated the first half thanks to goals from Marcelo Fereira ('20) and Tarantini ('23). Leading 2-0 at the break, Rio Grande further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.
Rio Ave FC remains in 7th place with 28 points from 20 games, 2 points behind Vitoria SC.
