PORTUGAL, Jan. 31, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 20: 7 wins in a row for Benfica. After their success against Rio Ave, Vitoria Guimaraes, Maritimo, Nacional, Estoril and Arouca, the Eagles continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 4-1 victory over Moreirense this Sunday.
Jonas Oliveira scored dual goals
Benfica dominated the first half thanks to goals from Jonas Oliveira ('15) and Mitroglou Kostas ('43). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Eagles further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Jonas Oliveira '67 and Gaitan Nicolas '75).
SL Benfica remains in second place with 49 points from 20 games, 2 points behind Sporting Clube de Portugal.
