PORTUGAL, May. 8, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 33: The match between Nacional and Belenenses ended in a 2-2 draw on Sunday.
Nacional players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Brazilian forward Soares Francisco in the 14th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Correia Rui goal ('90) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Belenenses with goals by Caeiro Tiago ('75) and Ferreira Fillipe ('79).
CD Nacional remains in 9th place with 38 points from 33 games, 8 points behind GD Estoril Praia, which has a game in hand.
