PORTUGAL, May. 15, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 34: 12 wins in a row for Benfica. After their success against Paços de Ferreira, União da Madeira, Sporting Lisbon, Tondela, Boavista, Braga, Académica Coimbra, Vitoria Setubal, Rio Ave, Vitoria Guimaraes and Maritimo, the Eagles continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 4-1 victory over Nacional this Sunday.
Benfica dominated the first half thanks to goals from Gaitan Nicolas ('23) and Jonas Oliveira ('39). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Eagles further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Mitroglou Kostas '65 and Pizzi Luis Miguel '84).
