Primeira Liga : Moreirense finish 12th after beating Maritimo
PORTUGAL, May. 15, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 34: After losing 4-1 to Vitoria Guimaraes on May 8, the Verdes-e-Brancos bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Maritimo this Sunday.
Martins Rafael scored dual goals
Moreirense dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Brazilian forward Martins Rafael in the 20th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Verdes-e-Brancos further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Martins Rafael in the 57th minute.
