PORTUGAL, Oct. 20, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 9: Two wins in a row for Boavista. After their 1-0 win against Feirense on September 30, the Panthers continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 3-0 victory over Estoril this Friday.
Boavista dominated the first half thanks to goals from Carraca Moura ('20) and Pedro Rui ('33). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Panthers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Kuca Jaiton seconds before the end of regulation.
Boavista FC climbed to 7th place with 13 points from 9 games, only one point behind Rio Ave FC, which has a game in hand.
